What's new in 3.10.2

This release is packed full of enhancements that make running your pharmacy even easier and more efficient!

 

Update to Minfos 3.10.2, and get:

 

  • Consent set to All Scripts by default when adding a new customer.
  • A new PDL warning when dispensing Clozapine.
  • Streamline, paperless claims; now the only way to close your claims.
  • Meditec enhancements to prepare for printing NRMCs.

Pharmacists and dispense techs

  • Now when you add a customer in Dispense, you no longer have to change their consent to All Scripts—it happens automatically!

  • From 3.10.2, all Minfos pharmacies will be configured to automatically download dispense updates.
  • After your dispense updates are applied at your pharmacy, from 1 July 2015 a PDL warning will be displayed when you dispense Clozapine.
  • All claims closed after June 30 must be closed as streamlined claims.

Stock controllers and retail managers

Two new Promotions Wizard enhancements for multibuy promotions:

  • Multibuy discounts are now applied to the cheapest items in the promotion, regardless of the order they’re scanned at the till.
  • A handy little prompt at your till lets you know that the product is part of a multibuy promotion, so that you can up-sell to customers!

 

Meditec packing stores

Soon, Meditec pharmacies that also use Medichart will be able to print NRMCs!

You can now record extra customer and doctor details so that they're printed on the NRMC, including:

  • A customer’s Individual Healthcare Identifier (IHI) number.
  • The unit record number for a nursing home customer.
  • A doctor's email address.
